I went to Treforrest, Pontypridd, Cardiff. To see what it felt like, because I have (after the visit!) just accepted a place doing Creative and Therepeutic Arts at the university of South Wales. I loved it. Such beautiful scenery and Cardiff such a vibrant yet manageable place. I felt at home. And everyone was so kind And chatty. there were beautiful in door markets, lambs in fields, green, fun. I saw a few pieces of art for the graduates of CATA at USW, one of which was alloy car wheels that turned and was beautifully painted, in a local park. It was about “what keeps your wheels turning“ in life. And it was a community effort. Another one I saw was embroidered pieces of art based on what people thought community was. it was a peaceful and hopeful wednesday
